I workout 6-7 days a week. Never thought I'd be able to say that and mean it. In the past, I'd always way over estimate how often I worked out at the doctor during physicals when she'd ask- you've all done it! But these days, I make my body move and work purposefully most of the week and there's no friggin' way I could keep it up if it weren't for good workout playlists. My workout playlists are ever changing because I like my playlists to change with the vibe of the week. My current playlist is dance-y, bumpin', sing-a-long-y and overall keeps a big dumb smile on my face while I sweat. There's a mix of some oldies and some new obsessions of mine that I love.
